Paradise Park Resort Jomtien was completed back in November 2013 by Matrix Developments Co.,Ltd., and is situated approximately 1.2 Kilometers away from Jomtien Beach on a prime 5 Rai – 2 Ngan – 50 Sq.Wah / 9,000 Square Meter plot of land just off Soi Boon Kanchana in Jomtien Pattaya. Whereas, the project itself is comprised of 507 apartments starting w/ entry level 35.40 to 46.80 Sq.M, 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom apartments followed by larger 70.80 to 85.70 Sq.M, 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom apartments spread across 3 low-rise, 8 Story, buildings w/ 2 high-speed passenger lifts and a Ground Floor lobby in Buildings 1 & 2 and 4 high-speed passenger lifts and 2 Ground Floor lobbies in Building 3.
