The View Cozy Beach Pattaya was completed back in May, 2011 by Matrix Developments Co.,Ltd., and is situated on a prime 1 Rai-0 Ngan-7 Sq.Wah / 1,628 Square Meter plot of land alongside Soi Kasetsin 7 in Cosy Beach, Pattaya.
