Sunset Boulevard 2 was completed back in Qtr 1, 2013 by Matrix Developments Co.,Ltd., and is situated on a prime 0 Rai-3 Ngan-12.50 Sq.Wah / 1,250 Square Meter plot of land in a quiet residential cul-de-sac just off Pratumnak Soi 4 in Pratumnak Hill, Pattaya.
