Hyde Park Residence 1 (1st Phase) which completed back in Qtr 1, 2008 by Iguana Group Co.,Ltd., and is situated on a prime 1 Rai – 0 Ngan – 0 Sq.Wah / 1,600 Sq.M plot of land alongside Thappraya 4 Alley (which is less than) 50 meters away from the main Pattaya-Jomtien baht bus route alongside Thappraya Road in South Pattaya.
