Seven Seas Condo Resort Jomtien was the 1st successfully completed project under the “Seven-Seas” brand by Universal Group (Thailand) Co.,Ltd, and was completed in Qtr 2, 2017. The project is situated on a prime 14 Rai – 3 Ngan – 20 Sq.Wah / 23,680 Square Meter plot of land alongside Soi Chaiyaphruek 3 Alley in Jomtien, Pattaya. Whereas, the project itself is comprised of 1,520 apartments ranging in size from entry level 27 Sq.M, Studio / 1 Bathroom apartments followed by larger 36.50 to 54 Sq.M, 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom apartments and even larger 63.50 to 78 Sq.M, 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom apartments spread across 8 low-rise, 8 Story buildings w/ 2 high-speed passenger lifts per building.

Seven Seas Condo Resort Jomtien is a uniquely themed residential development designed w/ young families in mind, offering a fully immersive, fun-filled environment inspired by some of the world’s most iconic and exotic tropical islands. The project comprises 8 buildings – A through to G, plus a standalone hotel building H – each named after a famous island, in line w/ the Developers original “Seven Seas” conceptualized design and themed concept. These include Building A (Seychelles), B (Bahamas), C (Mystery Island), D (Bora-Bora), E (Madagascar), F (Hawaii) & G (Easter Island), arranged in an anti-clockwise formation around a vast central lagoon pool that serves as the primary focal point and star attraction of this entire development. Easter Island (Building G), drawing from its South Pacific Polynesian roots, showcases the iconic Moai statues of Rapa Nui, traditionally viewed as ancestral guardians, reimagined here as playful waterspouts w/ gentle streams flowing from their mouths. Last but not least, Seven Seas Condo Resort Jomtien also features 24 Hour security & CCTV cameras for the added convenience and safety of its residents.

Following the successful completion of Seven Seas Condo Resort Jomtien (1st), this proven and award winning Developer has gone onto successfully complete Seven Seas Côte ď Azur Na-Jomtien Condominium (2nd) in Qtr 3, 2020. Whilst, (at the time of writing this article) the construction of the Developers 3rd project to date – Seven Seas Le Carnival Condo Pattaya (3rd) is presently ongoing and remains on schedule for completion in Qtr 2, 2026.
