Venetian Signature Condo Resort Pattaya was the 3rd successfully completed project here in Pattaya by Blue Sky Group Co.,Ltd., and was completed in Qtr 2, 2016. The project is situated on a prime 10 Rai – 2 Ngan – 30 Sq.Wah / 16,920 Square Meter plot of land alongside Chaiyapruek Soi 3 in Na-Jomtien, Pattaya, and is comprised of 990 apartments ranging in size from entry 23 to 27 Sq.M, Studio / 1 Bathroom apartments followed by larger 32 Sq.M, 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom apartments and even larger 50 to 64 Sq.M, 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom apartments. The residential component is distributed across 4 low-rise, 8 Story buildings – Antonio (Building A), Bellini (Building B), Casanova (Building C), and Marco-Polo (Building D) – each serviced by 2 high-speed passenger lifts. All residential buildings feature secure, private lobby and reception areas featuring personal mailboxes and controlled access. Additionally Antonio (Building A) also hosts 11 commercial shops w/ direct street frontage on the Ground Floor, enhancing the overall convenience and vibrancy of the project.

The project features a captivating array of themed communal and residential amenities designed to transport residents and guests into the romantic world of Renaissance-era Venice. Undoubtedly, the project’s star attraction and primary focal point is its spectacular Grand Canal-style swimming pool, which winds through the resort in homage to the meandering waterways of Venice. This visually arresting aquatic centerpiece is adorned w/ life-sized gondolas, striped mooring poles, mythical Hippocampus statues – half-horse, half-fish – arched footbridges, and a spiraling corkscrew waterslide that adds a whimsical flourish to the setting. Serving not just as the project’s visual anchor but also as its social and recreational hub. Adjacent to this central waterway is a dedicated children’s shallow pool complete w/ a playful octopus-shaped waterslide, offering a safe and engaging water play zone for younger residents. The surrounding lush tropical gardens are punctuated by further decorative flourishes, most notably a replica of Venice’s famed St. Mark’s Clocktower complete w/ a moon-phase and zodiac themed clock-face, as well as 3 open-air jacuzzi pavilions providing a shaded retreat from the sun.

At the core of the project, the Clubhouse serves as the primary lifestyle and wellness hub. On the Ground Floor, residents are greeted by a grand lobby, lounge and reception area set beneath soaring double-height ceilings.
