Espana Condo Resort Pattaya was the 4th successfully completed project here in Pattaya by Blue Sky Group Co.,Ltd., and was completed in Qtr 1, 2019. The project is situated on a prime 12 Rai – 2 Ngan – 25 Sq.Wah / 20,100 Square Meter plot of land alongside Jomtien 2nd Road in Jomtien, Pattaya, and is comprised of 1,094 apartments,ranging in size from 24 Sq.M, Studio / 1 Bathroom apartments followed by larger 35 Sq.M, 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom apartments and even larger 70 to 73 Sq.M, 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom apartments. The residential component is distributed across 7 low-rise, 8 Story buildings, each named after major Spanish cities – Madrid (Building A), Barcelona (Building B), Valencia (Building C), Seville (Building D), Granada (Building E), Bilbao (Building F), and Malaga (Building G) – all or which are serviced by 2 high-speed passenger lifts. Every residential building features its own private lobby and reception area w/ secure controlled access and personal mailboxes. Architecturally, the project showcases Andalusian-style window balconies, Spanish terracotta pots, and classic balustrade parapets that lend an authentic Mediterranean character to the developments facades and communal zones.

At the heart of the project lies the stunning Grand Canal – Espana’s defining focal point and centerpiece attraction – complete w/ arched tiled footbridges known as “Puente de Azulejos”, decorative Hippogriff statues – (mythical half-eagle, half-horse creatures), a replica Columbus ship’s deck, and charming porticoed seating alcoves shaded beneath classical archways.
