Grande Caribbean Condo Resort Pattaya was the 2nd successfully completed project here in Pattaya by Blue Sky Group Co.,Ltd, and was completed in Qtr 1, 2016. The project is situated on a prime 11 Rai – 2 Ngan – 46 Sq.Wah / 18,584 Square Meter plot of land alongside Thappraya Road in Jomtien Pattaya. To the left of the lagoon at Grande Caribbean Condo Resort Pattaya, a cave-like grotto pool deck is nestled beneath the elevated upper-level swimming pool and cascading waterfall. The lighthouse complex of Grande Caribbean Condo Resort Pattaya is connected to the surrounding low-rise residential buildings via 2 faux rope suspension bridges, reinforcing the project’s playful thematic cohesion. The Ground Floor of Cruz features a grand, triple-height lobby, lounge, and reception area. On the 3rd Floor, you’ll find the onsite juristic management office, while the 4th Floor offers a full suite of wellness and lifestyle amenities. Last but not least, Grande Caribbean Condo Resort Pattaya also features an outdoor communal car park on the Ground Floor for approximately 212 vehicles on a first-come, first-serve basis, along w/ 24 Hour security & CCTV cameras for the added convenience and safety of its residents.

Prior to the successful completion of Grande Caribbean Condo Resort Pattaya (2nd) in Qtr 1, 2016, this award winning and well-established developer had already successfully completed Atlantis Condo Resort Pattaya (1st) in Qtr 4, 2015.
