Nordic Terrace was the 1st condominium project to be completed the The Nordic Group Co.,Ltd. back in 2005, and is situated on a prime +/- 2 Rai – 0 Ngan – 0 Sq.Wah / 3,200 Square Meter plot of land alongside the quiet residential cul-de-sac of Soi Pratumnak 4 Alley in Pratumnak, Pattaya.
