Nordic Residence was the 3rd condominium project to be successfully completed by the The Nordic Group Co.,Ltd. back in 2008, and is situated on a prime 1 Rai-2 Ngan-50 Sq.Wah / 2,600 Square Meter plot of land alongside the quiet residential cul-de-sac of Soi Pratumnak 4 Alley in Pratumnak, Pattaya.
