Nordic Dream Paradise was the 4th and final condominium project here in Pattaya to be successfully completed back in 2010 by The Nordic Group Co.,Ltd., and is situated on a prime 1 Rai-2 Ngan-75 Sq.Wah / 2,700 Square Meter plot of land directly alongside Pratumnak Soi 4 in Pratumnak Hill Pattaya. Whereas, the project itself is comprised of 55 apartments ranging in size from entry level 26 to 28 Sq.M, Studio / 1 Bathroom apartments followed by larger 46 to 78 Sq.M, 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom apartments and even larger 95 to 112 Sq.M, 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom apartments before finally culminating in the ultimate creme-de-la-creme 154 Sq.M, 3 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom Penthouse apartments spread across 2, low-rise, 4 & 5 Story buildings w/ 1 high-speed passenger lift in each building. However this time around the Developer chose to adopt a more traditional architectural design as opposed to it’s previous unique stepped (almost tapered) architectural designs of their past successfully completed projects.

The project also features a private lobby w/ 1 high-speed passenger lift in each building, (Buildings A & B), as well as, a covered Ground Floor car park (Building A) w/ controlled access via a security booth at the front entrance to the project closest to the street. Last but not least, the project also has 24 Hour security and CCTV cameras for the added convenience and safety of it’s residents.

It’s perhaps worthwhile noting that this particular Developer is synonymous w/ building well built and solid buildings to exacting European (or rather more appropriately) Scandinavian standards and the individual apartments themselves tend to be significantly bigger than the more modern and smaller counterparts built elsewhere.

Past examples of successfully completed projects built here in Pattaya by this particular Developer include Nordic Terrace Pattaya and Nordic Park Hill Pattaya  which were the Developers 1st and 2nd completed projects here in Pattaya in 2005 and 2008 respectively. Since then, the Developer has gone onto successfully complete Nordic Residence Pattaya in the latter part of 2008.
