View Talay 8 Condo Jomtien Beach was the 7th project to be successfully completed back in 2011 by View Talay Jomtien Condominium (1999) Co.,Ltd., and is situated on a prime +/- 10 Rai – 2 Ngan – 50 Sq.Wah / 17,000 Square Meter near beachfront plot of land alongside Jomtien Beach Road in Jomtien Pattaya. Whereas, the project itself is comprised of 1,186 apartments ranging in size from 48 to 55 Sq.M, Studio / 1 Bathroom apartments followed by larger 96 Sq.M, 1 Bedroom / 1 or 2 Bathroom apartments and even larger 143 to 227 Sq.M, 2 or 3 Bedroom / 2 or 3 Bathroom (front corner) apartments spread across, a single, 30 Story, high-rise building w/ 4 high-speed passenger lifts and 1 high-speed passenger lift.
The project features an impressive array of amenities starting w/ it’s front entrance security booth w/ pedestrian and vehicle access to Jomtien Beach Road followed by a private Basement car park w/ controlled access and an outdoor communal car park w/ mature tropical trees which no doubt provides some welcome shade to the cars and motorbikes parked below. Additional Ground Floor amenities includes such things as a Ground Floor lobby, reception desk, on-site juristic management office and a variety of commercial shops via a stairwell w/ a disabled wheel-chair ramp and elevated hotel-like drop-off ramp at the front entrance to the building However the star attraction has to be its Ground Floor communal swimming pool, sundeck (which at the time of writing this article has recently been refurbished) and pool-side gymnasium w/ Male & Female change-rooms w/ toilets and showers set amongst a lush tropical landscaped garden. Last but not least, the project also features 24 Hour security and CCTV cameras for the added convenience and safety of it’s residents.
Originally the project was ostensively based upon the Developer first selling empty “shell” apartments (walls, roof, windows, sliding doors and basic utility hookups) to their customers who would then go onto decorate and customize these “shell” apartments themselves in accordance w/ their own specific needs, tastes and budgets, and if need be, to purchase multiple “shell” apartments side by side (subject to availability at that time) to convert them into even larger 1 or 2 bedroom apartments w/ the net result being that no two apartments were the same. In addition, the Developer has continually made minor improvements and adjustments from one project to the next, and this project was no exception, and features a Ground Floor pool-side gymnasium and a rooftop garden unlike its earlier counterparts.
Previous examples of successfully completed projects by this particular Developer include View Talay 1 Jomtien Condominium, View Talay 2 Jomtien Condominium, View Talay 3 Jomtien Condominium Beach and View Talay 5 Jomtien Condominium Beach which were completed back in Qtr 3, 1997, Qtr 4, 2002, Qtr 3, 2006 & 2007 respectively. Whereas, more recently the Developer then went onto to successfully complete View Talay 6 Pattaya Beach Condominium and View Talay 7 Jomtien Beach Condominium back in 2008 and Qtr 3, 2010 respectively.
View Talay 8 Condo Jomtien Beach was completed back in 2011.
