View Talay 5 Jomtien Condominium Beach

View Talay 5 Jomtien Condominium Beach was the 4th project to be successfully completed back in 2007 by View Talay Jomtien Condominium (1997) Co.,Ltd., (since renamed at the time) as View Talay Jomtien Condominium  (1999) Co.,Ltd., and is situated on a massive prime +/- 16 Rai – 3 Ngan – 50 Sq.Wah / 27,000 Square Meter near beach plot of land alongside the baht bus route on Thappraya Rd in Jomtien, Pattaya and features direct beach access to Dongtan Beach via a shared footpath & private gate w/ Avalon Beach Resort Pattaya. 

The project comprises 1,968 apartments. The project was originally conceived w/ the developer selling empty “shell” apartments – consisting of walls, roof, windows, sliding doors, and basic utility hookups – which buyers could then finish and customize according to their individual needs, tastes and budgets. Customers had the added option, subject to availability, to purchase multiple adjoining “shell” units and to combine them into larger 1 or even 2 bedroom apartments.
