Customers had the added option, subject to availability, to purchase multiple adjoining “shell” units and to combine them into larger 1 or even 2 bedroom apartments. The net result being that no two apartments were ever exactly the same. Furthermore, over time this Developer made incremental improvements from one project to the next. Since then, the Developer has gone onto successfully complete their 5th & 6th projects namely, View Talay 6 Pattaya Beach Condominium and View Talay 7 Jomtien Beach Condominium in 2008 and Qtr 3, 2010 respectively.
