View Talay 3 Jomtien Condominium Beach was the 3rd project to be successfully completed back in Qtr 3, 2006 by View Talay Jomtien Condominium (1997) Co.,Ltd., (since renamed at the time) as View Talay Jomtien Condominium (1999) Co.,Ltd., and is situated on a massive prime 8 Rai – 2 Ngan – 0 Sq.Wah / 13,600 Square Meter direct beachfront plot of land adjacent to Dongtan Beach and alongside Pratumnak Soi 6 in Pratumnak, Pattaya. Whereas, the project itself is comprised of 716 apartments ranging in size from 48 to 58 Sq.M, Studio / 1 Bathroom apartments followed by larger 73 to 103 Sq.M, 1 or 2 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom apartments and even larger 137 Sq.M, 2 Bedroom / 1 or 2 Bathroom (front and rear corner) apartments spread across 2, high-rise, 20 Story, residential buildings w/ 1 high-speed passenger and 1 high-speed service lift in each building.
The project features an impressive array of amenities within both buildings starting w/ the front entrance security booth and mature tree-line outdoor car-park which no doubt provides some welcome shade to the cars and motorbikes parked below. Additional Ground Floor amenities within both buildings (Buildings A & B) includes such things as, a lobby, reception and on-site juristic management office, as well as, a variety of commercial shops in each building. However the star attraction of the project is undoubtedly its Ground Floor communal swimming pool, sundeck and pool-side restaurant w/ Male & Female toilets at the projects foreground nearest the beach. Originally the project was ostensively based upon the Developer first selling empty “shell” apartments (walls, roof, windows, sliding doors and basic utility hookups) to their customers who would then go onto decorate and customize these “shell” apartments themselves in accordance w/ their own specific needs, tastes and budgets, and if need be, to purchase multiple “shell” apartments side by side (subject to availability at that time) to convert them into even larger 1 or 2 bedroom apartments w/ the net result being that no two apartments were the same. In addition, the Developer has continually made minor improvements and adjustments from one project to the next, and this project was no exception, and features improved stainless-steel as opposed to ordinary steel private balcony balustrades, as well as, direct beach access via a private gate w/ restricted access and a much lower unit count (i.e. far fewer apartments), thus making this project far more exclusive than it’s earlier counterparts.
Past examples of the 1st & 2nd successfully completed projects by this particular Developer include View Talay 1 Jomtien Condominium and View Talay 2 Jomtien Condominium which were both completed back in Qtr 3, 1997 and Qtr 4, 2002 respectively. Since then, the Developer has gone onto successfully complete their 4th, 5th & 6th projects, namely View Talay 5 Jomtien Condominium Beach, View Talay 6 Pattaya Beach Condominium and View Talay 7 Jomtien Beach Condominium in 2007, 2008 and Qtr 3,2010 respectively. Whereas, the Developers most recent 7th and final project to date is View Talay 8 Condo Jomtien Beach which was successfully completed back in 2011.
