View Talay 2 Jomtien Condominium was the 2nd project to be successfully completed back in Qtr 4, 2002 by View Talay Jomtien Condominium (1997) Co.,Ltd., (since renamed at the time) as View Talay Jomtien Condominium (1999) Co.,Ltd., and is situated on a massive prime +/- 18 Rai – 3 Ngan – 0 Sq.Wah / 30,000 Square Meter plot of land directly alongside the baht bus route on Thappraya Rd in Jomtien, Pattaya. Whereas, the project itself is comprised of 1,934 apartments ranging in size from 37 to 55 Sq.M, Studio / 1 Bathroom apartments followed by larger 74 to 82 Sq.M, 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom apartments and even larger 114 to 148 Sq.M, 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom (front and rear corner) apartments before finally culminating in the ultimate creme-de-la-creme 266 Sq.M, 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom Penthouse Duplex (Building B only) spread across 2, high-rise, 18 Story, residential buildings w/ 2 high-speed passenger lifts in each building.
The project features an impressive array of amenities within both buildings starting w/ the front entrance security booth and mature tree-line outdoor car-park which no doubt provides some welcome shade to the cars and motorbikes parked below. In addition, the Developer has continually made minor improvements and adjustments from one project to the next, and this project was no exception, and features a separate communal swimming pool in each building and slightly larger “shell” apartments unlike it’s earlier counterparts.
Past examples of successfully completed projects by this particular Developer include View Talay 1 Jomtien Condominium which was completed back in Qtr 3, 1997. Since then, the Developer has gone onto successfully complete their 3rd, 4th, 5th & 6th projects, namely View Talay 3 Jomtien Condominium Beach, View Talay 5 Jomtien Condominium Beach, View Talay 6 Pattaya Beach Condominium and View Talay 7 Jomtien Beach Condominium in Qtr 3, 2006, 2007, 2008 and Qtr 3, 2010 respectively. Whereas, the Developers most recent 7th and final project to date is View Talay 8 Condo Jomtien Beach which was successfully completed back in 2011.
