UNIXX South Pattaya (3rd) marks Raimon Land’s 3rd residential development in Pattaya, and was successfully completed in Qtr 3, 2015. Developed by Raimon Land Unix Co.,Ltd., the project occupies a prime 7 Rai – 0 Ngan – 16 Sq.Wah / 11, 264 Square Meter land parcel along Soi Pratumnak in South Pattaya. The development comprises a single 46 Story high-rise housing 1,207 residential apartments, serviced by 4 High-speed passenger lifts and a dedicated service lift for convenient and efficient vertical access.
