The Urban Condominium Pattaya was the 1st project to be successfully completed by The Urban Property Co.,Ltd., and is situated on a prime 3 Rai – 2 Ngan – 80 Sq.Wah / 5,920 Square Meter inner-city plot of land alongside Soi Bua Khaow 15 Alley in Central Pattaya. Whereas, the project itself is comprised of 389 apartments ranging in size from  entry level 46 to 52 Sq.M, 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom apartments followed by larger 77 to 92 Sq.M, 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom apartments and even larger 100 to 118 Sq.M, 3 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom apartments spread across 3 low-rise, 8 Story buildings w/ 2 high-speed passenger lifts per building.

The Urban Condominium Pattaya features some well-rounded amenities across Buildings A, B & C, starting w/ its Ground Floor front entrance security booth w/ a controlled access boom via a 3-way traffic roundabout w/ a tree centerpiece to a choice of Basement and Ground Floor covered car parking spaces depending upon which building you reside within. Likewise each building features their own private lobby entrance w/ controlled access and a Ground Floor communal swimming pool and sundeck set amidst a lush tropical landscaped garden. Whereas, Building C was purposely positioned by the Developer to be somewhat more prestigious and exclusive, hence the name – The Urban Suites, and inclusion of a Ground Floor lobby lounge, along w/ several commercial shopfronts w/ direct street access, and a Rooftop swimming pool and sundeck w/ panoramic cityscape views. Post completion of The Urban Condominium Pattaya (1st), the Developer has since gone onto successfully complete The Gallery Jomtien Condominium (2nd) and Acqua Condominium Jomtien (3rd) between Qtr 3, 2012 & Qtr 1, 2015 respectively. Followed by The Urban Attitude Pattaya (4th) and Aeras Beachfront Jomtien Condominium (5th) which were both successfully completed between Qtr 4, 2016 & Qtr 1, 2018 respectively for a grand total of 5 successfully completed projects to be exclusively developed by themselves here in Pattaya to date. Additional past examples of successfully completed projects (this time in Bangkok) by this proven and award winning Developer includes such projects as, The Gallery Sukhumvit 107, Attitude Bu and Savvi Phahol 2 which were all completed between Qtr 4, 2015 and Qtr 1, 2021 respectively.
