The Riviera Ocean Drive Jomtien is the 5th project to date by this Developer namely, The Riviera Group Co.,Ltd., and is situated on a prime 2 Rai – 2 Ngan – 75 Sq.Wah / 4,300 Square Meter near beach (less than 500 Meters from Jomtien Beach) plot of land alongside Jomtien 2nd Road in Jomtien, Pattaya. Whereas, the project itself is comprised of 513 apartments ranging in size from entry level 21 to 22.50 Sq.M, Studio / 1 Bathroom (of which there is only 10) apartments followed by larger 26.40 to 50.50 Sq.M, 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom (of which there is only 492) apartments and even larger 63.60 to 80.90 Sq.M, 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom (of which there is only 11) spread across a single, 43 Story, high-rise w/ 4 high-speed passenger lifts and 1 high-speed service lift.
