Seven Seas Côte ď Azur Condominium was the 2nd successfully project completed project under the “Seven Seas” brand by Universal Group (Thailand) Co.,Ltd., and was completed in Qtr 4, 2018. This fully themed French Riviera-inspired development is located on a prime 15 Rai – 2 Ngan – 11 Sq.Wah / 24,844 Square Meter plot of land alongside Soi 4 Na-Jomtien in Na-Jomtien. Whereas, the project itself is comprised of 1,308 apartments ranging in size from entry level 24 to 29 Sq.M, Studio / 1 Bathroom apartments followed by larger 35 to 36.50 Sq.M, 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom and even larger 58 to 73 Sq.M, 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom apartments before finally culminating in the ultimate creme-de-la-creme 86 to 103 Sq.M, 3 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom apartments spread across 6 low-rise, 8 Story buildings w/ 3 high-speed passenger lifts per building and a standalone clubhouse.

Drawing inspiration from the timeless beauty and elegance of Southern France, the developments architecture pays homage to the iconic Mediterranean cities. Each of the 6 residential buildings – Monte Carlo (Building A), Montpellier (Building B), Marseille (Building C), Monaco (Building D), Cannes (Building E), and Nice (Building F) – features classic European design elements harmonized w/ a tropical resort ambiance. Buildings A (Monte Carlo) and B (Montpellier) serve as the commercial and social anchors of the community.
