The Developer of Porchland 2 is the Porch Land Group whose a locally based Thai owned and managed company. Other condo projects completed by this Developer include such projects as “The Prim” in Wong Amat, “The Blue Residence” in East Pattaya and more recently “La Santir Porchland 5” in Jomtien and “Feelture” in Na-Jomtien.
