Markland Condominium is a mixed purpose (i.e. part hotel & commercial and part condominium) project that was completed back in Qtr 1, 1993 by Hat Sai Suan Tan Co.,Ltd. The project is situated on a prime 3 Rai – 2 Ngan – 76 Sq.Wah / 5,904 Square Meter inner-city beachfront plot of land on the corner of Pattaya 1 Alley & Pattaya Beach Road in Central Pattaya. Whereas, the project itself is comprised of 350 apartments ranging size from entry level 45 to 48 Sq.M, Studio / 1 Bathroom apartments followed by larger 90 Sq.M, 1 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom apartments and even larger 157 Sq.M to 204 Sq.M, 2 Bedroom / 2 or 3 Bathroom corner apartments spread across a single, 26 Story high-rise building.
