Laguna Beach Resort 2 is a resort-style condominium developed by Heights Holdings Co.,Ltd., a leading Pattaya-based developer w/ a strong track record in delivering low-rise and high-rise residential projects throughout Pattaya. The entity first appearing on the title deeds is HBY Home Co.,Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Heights Holdings, and was completed in Qtr 1, 2016.
