Executive Residence 3 was successfully completed back in Qtr 1, 2011 by McInnes Corporation Co.,Ltd., and is situated on a prime 1 Rai- 0 Ngan- 0 Sq.Wah / 1,600 Square Meter plot of land alongside Soi Rajchawaroon in Cosy Beach, Pratumnak, Pattaya.
