Located in a prime inner-city location alongside Soi Arunotai 7, Nirun Grand Ville is literally only a few minutes walk away from the Big C Extra (ex Carrefour) Shopping Center and baht bus route alongside Pattaya Klang. The project was completed back in 1994 and is comprised of 1,948 individual apartments spread across 6 low-rise, 6 story buildings and 1 high-rise 14 story building.
